Love this Pan!!

love it! first cook report

I received this beautiful roasting pan as a Christmas gift and used it to prepare a slow-all-day cook of a pork roast on New Eves Eve. Wonderful gift! it made preparing the pan sauces so easy and the sides of the roast crisped perfectly. I did add a “V rack” before the cook as a tied pork-roast is an almost a cylinder and I didn’t want to worry about it shifting as I pulled it out of the oven to turn. But: love this pan!

Rack slides around

The rack slides around in the pan. Pretty unstable when roasting a 20lbs turkey.
