    Lasted a year

    I purchased this product in May of 2024. It looks beautiful and was a stylish upgrade from my Sodastream. At more than double the price, I felt confident with the purchase given my history with Williams Sonoma purchases and the customer service of other brands (Breville, Whirly pop, and Anova). The carbonator stopped working properly shortly after a year. Luckily, I had registered the product immediately after purchase. After reaching out to Aarke, multiple times over several weeks, via email, and providing pictures, serial numbers, etc. the told me to return it to WS because they had an agreement with their retailers to exchange defective products. Williams Sonoma informed me this is untrue, they have no agreement, and that they have no way of contacting Aarke to address the issue. The Aarke warranty states Aarke is responsible for the replacement. So, $300 and 6 weeks of headaches, I am left with a beautiful piece of junk. Im disappointed that neither company will stand by their product. And as a side note, Aarke deleted my review from their website.

    Carbonation!

    Excellent carbonation. I like the dense small bubbles when pouring out a glass.

    Lasted about a year

    I purchased this model from WS in May of 2024. Unfortunately,in July of 2025 it stopped working properly. Even with a new tank, it dispensed the CO2 slowly and the carbonation was minimal and short lasting. I followed all the trouble shooting suggestions and checked the gasket as instructed. I contacted Aarke customer support. Aarke responded immediately with an AI response acknowledging my emails. That was the last I heard from them. I have followed up a couple times to no avail. I have not received any information about my warranty claim. It is so disappointing for such a high end brand to not stand by their product.
