Use & Care
Use
- Before first use, clean all parts and run Automatic Steam Clean cycle.
- When steaming, fill water tank to max. line and ensure it's properly positioned in machine.
- Set machine to 175°F (80°C) to keep food warm after cooking for up to 30 minutes.
- Always use machine on heat-resistant flat surface.
- Keep machine at least 8" away from walls or appliances due to hot steam.
Care
- Unplug machine and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Pans and baskets are dishwasher safe.
- Wipe interior, exterior, heating element and water tank area clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Avoid using harsh cleaners and metal scrubbers.
- Do not use vinegar-based and acidic descalers, which can damage system.
- Use Automatic Steam Clean cycle to dissolve grease on large drawer pan and heating element.
- Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
- Use descaling function after every 10 hours of steaming to clean system, prevent clogs and extend life.

Love this for cooking my veggies !

Just can't get enough!

Replaced my original Philips Airfryer after several years of heavy use with this duel basket. It's absolutely lived up to expectation and more. The steam feature is brilliant and the combined feature a stroke of genius. Made some fantastic Crispy Chicken strips and delicious vegetable dishes with this machine. It makes fish and chip night so easy. My oven is only getting light use now, which is saving me money. Best appliance in the kitchen and it's getting used more or less daily!
