Not our Favorite

Not our favorite. It feels pretty high maintenance with the constant cleaning requests. Additionally, not a fan of how the drinks turn out.. seems more watered down. I do not recommend. And we cannot return it :( or was at least told so by the sales associate at Williams Sonoma.

Have always trusted company

Had a Delonghi espresso machine..previously for 7 plus years..sounds are little different, yet coffee beans taste 'fuller!' We shall see..delivery was apprx. Week ago.

8 months in and still love this machine!

8 months in and still LOVE this machine. The coffee is delicious, the milk frothy. Setup was a breeze thanks to the simple instructions and interface. It made great espresso right out of the gate, to be fair, but we did choose to adjust the grind to our beans a little better and that only took a few days worth of cups to hone in. It's been set-it-and-forget-it since then. We only use oat milk with ours, and it froths up great. Both milk drinks and plain espresso/coffee drinks are delicious. (My favorite settings are the cafe con leche, the flat white, and plain black coffee.) The machine doesn't take up a lot of counter space compared to our old semi-auto, its milk frother is quieter than the old one, and its grinder is a lot quieter than our standalone burr grinder was. All around, this machine was a huge upgrade. My favorite part is that the primary components are all easy to take apart and clean. The interface is easy. It reminds you when you need to clean things, when to empty out the grounds container, when to refill the water. It doesn't tell you to refill the beans, so you do need to keep an eye on that - but the rest is covered. Tip: get a little pitcher to keep with the machine, because you will need that for cleaning and to catch the water it uses on startup, shut down, and during milk carafe rinsing. It's good to just leave it there. Second tip: if you do use oat milk, put the milk back in your fridge when you're done making your coffee. It might not be regular cow milk but it will still get stale if you leave it out too long.

A very solid coffee maker

We have this machine for about a month now. So far so good. Many options. Easy to use. Just wish I had the Bluetooth connection.

Easy to use

It is so easy to use this! As you select the coffee type you want the machine prompts you for the next step. Coffee making for dummies! Love it! And, while I am still tweaking and perfecting the types I know I will love this for a long time!

Lots Of Options to Wake Up To

We've been using this daily for a little over a month now and overall are happy with it. We did purchase an additional milk carafe so we have one for milk and the other for flavored creamers. What I think the next model should have is a place to hold more than one scoop of ground coffee. We do enjoy the variety and that we only have to push a few buttons to get whatever we are in the mood for. Daily maintenance is simple; empty the grounds and water from the tray, and refill the water tank.

Easy , breezy and very pleasy

Best coffee so far compared to pods coffee machines or other brew methods. Excellent coffee drinks selection. Not the quietest machine but the quality of coffee drinks and the convenience of self cleaning function makes up for it. No doubt it was a good investment.

Pampered!

We love our new Dinamica Plus. The range of drinks offered makes us a little more adventurous. It really is simple as a push of a button, though we are enjoying the customization options as well. Clean up is a breeze, not the arduous task we feared. We feel pampered with our espresso every day!

Easy to use

So far, I really like this coffee machine. I'm still learning about it though. It makes really good coffee drinks and is very easy to use. I'd say the only draw back so far is that it uses a lot of milk when it makes a drink that has milk in it. The set up was quick and easy. I think it's a winner!
