Use & Care
Care
- Flat beater, dough hook and wire whip are dishwasher safe.
- Hand-wash work bowl after each use. Dry immediately and thoroughly. Do not leave bowl submerged in water.
- Wood will show signs of wear over time. This is normal for a natural material and will not affect performance. For best results, periodically season bowl with food-safe mineral oil, manufactured food-safe wood polish or walnut oil.
- Wipe base clean with damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.

It's an okay mixer. The color is nice, but I expected a little more power for the price. It struggles a bit with thicker doughs. I might need to upgrade later on.

LOVE IT!

This was a gift last year and I love it. Have used it many times and still looks great, dough releases from the bowl beautifully. I do keep it seasoned with food grade wood mineral oil. My kitchen is earth tones and this looks great on my counters. Might end up getting the cookware to match.
