No Joke!!

It doesn't work and It isn't returnable!! Jokes on me, I guess!

REALLY !!!!??

Successfully Used One day/One Time Wiped Dry with Moist Terrycloth rag. Allowed to Thoroughly Dry overnight. Day Two: Did NOT Function ie: Frothed Milk to 145° F, reinforced by laboratory grade Thermometer, temperature strip on Frothing Cup did not provide reading. Called Breville for troubleshooting advice: Suggested to used a different method or steaming source to create froth ??? Complied with OBVIOUS results. Concerns me that a “Breville Expert” would make an assumption that a different heat source would affect the objective temperature measurement. I Should have known better !!!?? 🤔

Thermometer didn't work

We were looking forward to having a built in thermometer but it didn't work. My husband and I each tried and nothing registered on the thermometer. We sent it back. We ended up with just a pitcher and thermometer.

Divine!

This product has kept me from scorching the milk since I began using it! All you have to do is watch the bottom color panel and it will show you exactly when to remove the frothing cup! I love it. I also purchased one for my son and DIL. They have used it so much that the color panel is not quite as easy to see now. Looks like I'll be purchasing another one. Like I said, divine!
