Terrible kettle

I bought this tea kettle a couple of years ago, the top was always very hard to take off. A few months after regular use, the red ball split in half and fell off. The company sent us a replacement red ball. Another few months after, a small screw from under the lid splits and falls off, making the whole lid is useless. So the tea kettle has been useless the past year. There’s a flagship store in NYC, they were kind of r@cist following certain people around in the store. Needless to say, I will never purchase another product from this company.

Damaged

Arrived extremely damaged with paint chipping all over. Had to return to store and wait additional 3 weeks for new to arrive. Missed gifting at shower.

Disappointed

I was disappointed in the function of the teakettle. It looks nice with my kitchen but the lid is hard to open and sometimes leaks when pouring is if not down tight. For function I should have stayed with the stainless whistling teakettle.

Whimsy for Your Kitchen!

Cute tea kettle!!! It comes in two sizes - the large seemed too large so I ended up getting the smaller one. ( It’d been nice to have something in between -lol)

I love the looks. It is a little hard to handle and the lid is very tight and hard to get off. I will look for remedy.

Beautiful But Doesn’t Last

Received this as a wedding gift. The tea kettle is beautiful, but after only a few months of use, the brackets that hold the handle up have gotten loose and there is no way to tighten it. So now the handle does not stay up and you can’t really use the tea kettle. Very disappointing considering the price.

Cannot recommend this item

Bought this item as a wedding gift, when opened everything appeared great. After five uses, the red knob brok in half, the screw came out, and the paint started to crack. This item was used as intended, cannot recommend.

RUSTING AFTER 6 MONTHS

Rusting after 6 months. William Sonoma and Mackenzie child both won’t do anything about it and both keep telling me the other party is responsible to replace it both neither will!
