Very nice kettle! It matches my smeg toaster, but white color of the toaster is different from the white color of this kettle. The kettle is like more white. The interior is fully stainless steel which is a great option for non toxic and beautiful kettle. But the white color scratches easily when you open or close the lid and touch the surface with it.

Whistling Tea Kettle

I was so excited to purchase this kettle because I have the Smeg toaster which I love. I adore the retro look and 2.4 quart size but for the price, the quality isn’t that great. I purchased the white one and after two uses the outside enamel is turning brown. I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend this tea kettle.

Poor quality product

Impossible to clean the exterior. Enamel started to flake off. Would not recommend.

Handle gets too hot to handle!

I just received my kettle. It looks beautiful, but not practical! The handle is a problem. By the time the water boils the handle gets too hot to handle. I have to grip it with a towel to be able to touch it, let alone grip it tight to pour the water. That’s a major flaw. As well, the handle is not flexible, making it very hard to get your hand inside to wash and clean the interior, the handle is in the way.
