Top Notch Customer Service - Omaha NE Store

This review is not for the knife itself, but for the customer service at the Omaha Nebraska store. Very helpful and understanding staff. I made a mistake in the knife that I bought originally and returned it. Despite having it gift wrapped, they refunded me the entire amount and helped me order the knife that I really wanted. I know the knife will perform excellently but it is the customer service that earned this five star review

I had high expectations for this knife, but it has a hard time cutting into the crust of a baguette. I am back to using my little old bread knife. Not terrible, but it didn’t add anything to my kitchen except another knife.

Love the new knife!

LOVE the knife! Light weight, handles beautifully and cuts perfectly without denting tomatoes or bread. I bought a less expensive version for camping and while it cuts well, it’s awkward to handle and is not nearly as attractive looking. Highly recommend this knife!
