Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- Quick bread mix (included)
- 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick/60g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Grease and flour 8" x 4" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
- In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, butter, milk, sour cream and eggs. Stir until smooth and blended. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 55–60 minutes.
- Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes. Remove pan and turn loaf onto rack.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Makes 10–12 servings.

- Enriched wheat flour (bleached wheat flour, enzyme, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, dried blueberries (cultivated blueberries, sucrose, sunflower oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, natural vanilla flavor, natural lemon flavor, citric acid.
