Use & Care
Care
- Always unplug machine before cleaning.
- Allow stainless-steel cup to cool completely.
- Clean base with damp, lint-free cloth. Do not use microfiber cloths as they can cause fine scratches on surface. Use mild detergent if needed.
- Stainless-steel cup is dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand-wash with warm water and a drop of mild detergent. Use sponge or brush to remove milk residue if needed. Rinse thoroughly.

Awesome froth

So far I love this device. After having tried a multitude of frothed this one is my favorite. The milk froth for a cappuccino is thick and perfect. The cold froth for iced coffee is spot on. Can’t say enough good things about this.

Disappointed

No longer needed and wanted to return. The product was never opened/used. Not allowed to return and it was never stated as so at time of purchase. Worst experience and will think twice before shopping here again sadly

Whisk attachments impossible to clean

Works well and is easy to clean EXCEPT for the frothing whisks which grow mold in the tiny crevices. You will need to soak them in vinegar or bleach after every use. Mint have black stains that won’t come off.

Loud and not functioning properly

I have had this product replaced once due it malfunctioning and making a very loud noise. The hot setting burns the milk on my replaced frother so trying to get it replaced again but it might not be the best device out there. I love the look of it and it is not too big, just wish it performed better.

DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT

I bought this gadget because did have Stainless Steel jar with no cover of any weird material/// BUT TO MY SURPRISE! the Magnet that produces de foam that is attached to the lid, and that is submerged in the milk is DISTILLING some sort of BLACK GUNK INTO THE MILK// I want my MONEY BACK DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Silver Frother - gorgeous in all ways

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adds a lot of volume, using oat milk, smooth great texture but what surprised me was the perfection of the temperature- ready to drink unlike steamed latte from my automatic espresso machine. Plus it’s extremely quiet so I can use it during Zoom meetings:-). This is the 3rd brother I’ve owned and by far the best. Sturdy wand and easy to clean.
