    Use & Care

    Use

    • Dutch oven is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
    • Dutch oven is oven safe.
    • Use rice mode for white or brown rice (Settings 1 and 2). Follow included ratios to rice and water.
    • In sous vide mode, use temperature probe to maintain precise water temperature for sealed food; use included rack for bag spacing.

    Care

    • Dutch oven and lid are dishwasher safe. Do not place hot insert in cold water.
    • Hand-wash temperature probe with warm, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
    • Clean interior using soapy cloth. Use damp cloth to rinse. Avoid using metal pads and abrasives.
    • Wipe control panel clean with damp sponge. Avoid using excess moisture.
    • Clean exterior with nonabrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Polish in direction of grain.
    • To remove discoloration or mineral buildup on insert, use mixture of baking soda and water or non-chlorine stainless-steel cleaner.
    • Do not immerse base, plug or cord in water.

    Easy and save time

    New favorite cooker

I’m so looking forward to making so many meals with this. The sleek very modern finish and timing features are amazing. Even if you cannot cook, this is good. It’s not too heavy and very sturdy.

While it’s large, it basically replaces a bunch of other appliances, so net net it is probably more efficient use of space. Hopefully it lasts a long time! Relatively straightforward to set up and use if you refer to the manual.

    Perfect in every way

Hesitant to change from my other named brand slow cooker but I think this is a clear winner. Would like to set a countdown timer instead of a count up timer. Might have to read the instructions some more.

I use the sous vide mode almost every week, and my food always comes out juicy and perfectly cooked. What I really like is how easy it is to use. I can just set it and do other things while it cooks, and everything turns out amazing. Cleanup is simple, and it doesn’t take up too much space in my kitchen. This cooker has completely changed how I cook at home, and I genuinely look forward to using it every time.

    Makes cooking efficient!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this appliance is much larger than I expected, that’s why the photos of it are still in the box because I have to make space in my kitchen for it. My kitchen is rather small… that being said haven’t used it yet but I have the deadline to review so I’ll say this- I’m so excited to use it. It’s spacious and can cook a lot at a time, much more than my crockpot can handle. I love the sous vide feature, something I’ve never done before but can’t wait to try. This appliance would be great for families with a lot of mouths to feed! It seems simple enough to use and clean (I have read the manual) so all in all, seems like a terrific product that will make cooking so much more efficient and hands off while producing perfectly cooked meats and rice.
