Use
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow to cool a bit before cleaning. The waffler is easier to clean when slightly warm.
- Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.
- To clean interior plates and overflow moat, wipe with a soft cloth.
- Clean exterior of machine with a damp cloth.
- Remove stubborn residue with a nonabrasive plastic scouring pad or nylon washing brush.
- Do not use spray-on nonstick coatings as this will affect the performance of the non-stick surface on the cooking plates.

Big and easy to use waffle maker/ choose your level from fluffy to crisp

Great waffles in half the time.

We had a decent flip style waffle maker that started to stick a lot. I decided to get this for my wife for Mother’s Day since she loves making waffles from scratch. I got two enthusiastic thumbs up from her. They cook perfect every time, and she’s done with the whole batch in less than half the time. Perfect waffles every time. Hopefully it lasts long enough to justify the price.

Breville Smart Waffle Maker

The Breville Smart Waffle Maker works very well and makes perfect waffles using a sourdough waffle recipe I've used for years. The recommended 1/2 Cup batter amount fills an individual waffle cell with the correct amount of batter without overflow. I used a #4 setting which browned the waffles nicely and they were cooked throughout without a doughy center. The indicators and audible alert were helpful.

Love this!

This waffle maker is terrific! I opted for the non-digital (less expensive) version, and it makes delicious waffles, thick and cooked perfectly. Very pleased!

Perfect waffles

I upgraded from a single mini waffle maker to this one. It makes perfect waffles every time in less than half the time. It is a little heavy and takes up a bit of space, but if you like waffles, it is worth it.

There are better choices

Uneven cooking, soggy lower waffle, poor design for steam escape (which is necessary to impart delicate crisp edges). Look to the "flip" style units for far superior results.

I bought this grill which sells above average waffle makers could not get a decent waffle without breaking apart. I had to dig to get the waffles out.

Best Waffles Ever

I bought this waffle maker because my daughter loves Belgian waffles and I wanted to make them for her as she's been asking me for years. Mind you, this is the first that I've ever used a waffle maker, period. The waffles were amazing, as per my daughter. I made a video showcasing the eating of the waffles, which will be posted soon to my YouTube channel. It's currently being edited.
