    Poor Quality Microwave

    Microwave was cheap - a real light weight , button to open door did not work.

    Works well but flawed decorative stainless trim.

    Microwave works well but the stainless steel strips along the top and bottom have subtle dents in them.

    Had a much older one that I loved and since moving decided to get a new one. It works great very little space perfect for my needs

    MY THOUGHTS…..

    The Oakbrook William Sonoma location is a TERRIBLE store to shop at!! No employees can help you other than the manager!! It is a joke!! All the other employees just stand around while the manager rings you up at the register!! Furthermore the manager has no clue!! Gives you all the wrong information!! We had to call the Corporate office to get things done!! BAD NEWS!!

    5 years later...

    I rarely write reviews but felt the need to after owning this microwave for 5 years with regular use from a household of 6. I was unsure how long it would last initially when I read the bad reviews but chose to purchase because it was the size I needed and the price was right. Purchased in 2019, nice to see 5 years later the price is the same. I cook daily on the stovetop so we use it for reheating and small jobs like popcorn or oatmeal. I would not hesitate to buy again if there was ever a need. Zero issues with ours.

    You Get What You Pay For…

    I needed a smaller microwave in terms of depth and height, and I chose this appliance as opposed to something on Amazon because of the recognizable name brand and the sleek, modern appearance. I only use the microwave to reheat leftovers and make popcorn. However, in line with other reviewers, you need to reheat food items several times, minutes at a time, to reach a desired temperature. That is the primary reason for giving this microwave a low performance rating. The secondary issue is the excessive amount of moisture in the microwave after use. I would not recommend this product if it would frustrate you to heat up takeout for 5 minutes to only realize it’s not even warm.

    Worth the purchase

    Poor product, poor customer service

    After using this microwave for around 6 months, it started to spark and pop, when we were heating up some food. After calling multiple times, I was told to call a different department and then was redirected back to where I started. We were really disappointed at the customer service and lack of action on a serious problem that happened. I would not recommend this product not only because of the failure of product, but the failure of customer service as well.

    Such a great microwave, this is my second!

    Love this microwave! Perfect size for a small kitchen, and still affordable! i broke the first one by accident, and so happy that Williams Sonoma still had it in stock. I would normally not buy an appliance from them, but boy, am I glad I did!
