    Use & Care

    Use

    • CAUTION: The popcorn maker is hot during operation and retains heat for some time after turning off.
    • Always use oven mitts when handling a hot base.
    • Do not place anything on top of the appliance while it is operating or while it is hot.

    Care

    • Unplug and allow unit to cool at least 10 to 15 minutes before cleaning.
    • Wash lid and measuring cap/butter tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not wash in dishwasher.
    • Wipe the base, including the popping chamber, with a soft, dry cloth. Never immerse the appliance base in water or other liquid.
    • Do not scour surfaces with steel wool or abrasive cleaners.

    Not a very popcorn maker.

    No good. It walked all over my counter. It would not stay put. Popcorn was flying all over the place. Very disappointed in this product.

    Crazy Popper

    This popcorn popper is not the best. You have to tilt it in order to get the popcorn out as not to burn. Pops all over the kitchen at that point. I would NOT buy another one.

    Popcorn Maker

    It was totally disappointing. It vibrated itself nearly off the counter. The plastic feet had no grip so I had to throw it away. It was too dangerous to use.

    Don’t buy this

    Absolutely NOT worth the 6 month back order wait! It is so loud that we thought that it would explode and popcorn came out spongey. Not crunchy at all. Apparently, it is NOT returnable. Very disappointing and I will NEVER purchase from William Sonoma again!!

    Wonderful Little Popper

    Tried Cuisinart from another retailer and it was terrible returned and bought this one. Love it!

    Popper - Not!

    Unfortunately the popper did not work well, over 1/4 of the kernals did not pop. And they shot all over the kitchen when they did. I returned the popper.

    Terrible

    This is a terrible popcorn maker. Half of the kernels bounce/ fly out of the shoot before they're hot enough to pop. We have to put a tiny plate over the hole until we hear popping to keep the kernels in. How did this product get released? It's too late to return, but I honestly want to throw it out.
