Use & Care
Use
- Always use oven mitts when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning.
- Use medium to low heat for best cooking results. Very high temperatures can cause discoloration and shorten the life span of any nonstick surface. If higher temperatures are necessary, preheat on medium heat for a few minutes.
- For best results and to preserve the nonstick coating longer, use nylon, plastic, wooden or rubber utensils.
- To avoid scratching the nonstick surface, do not stack objects on the griddle for storage.
Care
- After use, unplug griddle and allow to cool. Remove temperature control probe from griddle.
- Remove drip tray; empty contents. Wash griddle and drip tray in soapy water; rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Never immerse your appliance completely in water or other liquids.
- For stubborn food particles, loosen with a plastic cleaning pad. Avoid hard scouring of the nonstick finish as this may cause surface scratches. Do not use steel wool, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on any part of the griddle.
- To clean the temperature control probe, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. The temperature control probe is not submersible. Make sure you dry it thoroughly before using again.

Very happy with this griddle :)

After using another brand of griddle for many years and having so many issues with that one, I am so glad I purchased this griddle from WS. It warms up so quickly and toasts beautifully. I have had to adjust my usage to the lower temperature and work my way up to the appropriate one. Highly recommend!

Great grill for making pancakes. She makes 14 to 18 pancakes at a time for future fast meals.

So good we bought it twice

We have had one of these for a couple years and really like it. Cooks evenly and cleans easily. Ours fell out of the back of our Yukon when the tailgate was opened and broke off a leg. We liked it so much we bought another one.

Nice griddle top. Pool quality plastic.

I so wanted to love this griddle. The first one had a cracked piece underneath. Returned for replacement as I really wanted this griddle. That one came with a cracked handle. Poor quality plastic. I’m surprised Williams Sonoma is still working with this manufacturer considering the other poor reviews. Not trying for a third. Will look elsewhere.

A gem, for once!

Cooks evenly and heats up quick. I made the most perfect homemade pancakes, and they tasted soooo good. Impressed with the surface. So easy to clean. I’ve tried so many, and had to return them all because they cooked unevenly. Let’s hope it lasts! Fingers crossed!

This is a great grill. No hot spots, easy to clean, non stick. Not heavy, the temperature control is accurate.

Best Grill I’ve ever used!

This grill is perfect, stays the exact degree you set it for over the entire grill. I cooked a pound of bacon in 15 minutes. It turned out perfect as did my pancakes and eggs. Not one thing stuck and the clean up was a breeze. Love it!!!!

I have used this griddle for a couple of weeks and absolutely love it. I love the grease catch feature. No problems with anything sticking and easy cleaning!!! Recommend this product.
