    Piece of crap!!

    This toaster looks good but lasted 2 months. In that period it was probably used only twice a week; so, approximately 16 times. Cant return because the return period has expired. Do not buy this piece of crap!!!!!

    Nice looking.

    It works. But if you pop toast up to check it you have to wait 30 seconds for the thing to reset the temp. The entire toaster casing gets warm/hot. I ordered a blender at the same time to get matching colors. The dye lots do not match!

    Really cute toaster (I got it in red), but it doesn’t toast very well. It only toasts one side.

    Toast doesn’t pop up

    Toaster stopped functioning after a few weeks. The lever keeping the toast down would stay down with the heat still on, no matter what setting I selected, until the smell of burning would alert me it hadn’t popped up. It kept doing that consistently. The cancel button did nothing. Thankfully the staff at Williams Sonoma were understanding and let me return it. I loved the look of this toaster otherwise, bummer it didn’t work.
