Enamel peeled off after 2 years

Worked great for a couple of years. I made these mini-Mickey waffles maybe once a month for our kids breakfast till one day during cleaning I noticed the non-stick enamel peeling off. I only ever used a wet cloth to wipe it down in hopes to extend its life... I've had another larger Mickey waffle maker in the family for 20+ years that's still working great. Sad to let this one go. Wish William Sonoma sold replacement parts for it.

Stopped working after only 2 years

We received this as a wedding gift at the end of 2022, I have used it maybe 8-9 times since then, stored it inside in its box, no damage. Today I plugged it in and one entire side no longer heats, and the other side does not heat enough to bake the waffles. Super disappointed that this machine barely made it past 2.4 years. We love the waffles when we had them. Really disappointed.

So glad I bought this! Makes more than enough when just making for myself - I love leftovers for later. Made an abundance when I tripled for a weekend with friends. Quick, easy timer and set to how you like them baked and super easy to clean!

Bad experience

This review is reflecting the poor customer service. We ordered this as a gift for our family and right after the order was submitted we realized the shipping address is wrong and wanted to change the shipping address or cancel and reorder. We called immediately but William Sonoma refused to let us cancel the order even though the order had not been processed or shipped so we ordered a second one. We thought returning the first one would be straightforward, but the refund process is also terribly conducted- online texting yielded no result, phone calls were lengthy and the final credit card refund showed unexplained shipping deductions. We will never order from William Sonoma again.

1st Fathers Day gift for my son to make memories

I’m giving this gift to my son as a 1st Father’s Day gift for him to have to make memories with his new son. So, I don’t really know how it works but I did look at it and it looked very solid, sturdy and well-made. I think he will be very happy with the purchase.

We had the original Mickey Mouse waffle iron that we bought from Williams Sonoma nearly 30 years ago and always loved it! We’re on to grandchildren and bought this updated one for a family birthday celebration. We LOVE having THREE Mickeys for the three little grands all at once! Perfection! Great price point and totally worth the purchase!

Mickey Mouse Double Flip Waffle Maker

The waffle iron was delivered with a slight crease on one of the faces. However, we decided to keep it anyway. It seems to work fine, despite the imperfection. The waffles are crisp and very tasty.
