    • Allow oven to cool for at least 90 minutes before cleaning.
    • Lift oven carefully using handles.
    • Wipe shell clean with slightly damp cloth. Dry with non-abrasive cloth.
    • Dry-clean internal parts. Do not use water. Wipe clean with non-abrasive cloth.
    • Dry-clean pizza stone. Do not use water. Do not use liquid or cleaning agents. Do not submerge stone in water.
    • Dry all parts thoroughly before covering or storing.
    • Protect oven with customized cover (sold separately) when not in use.

    Excellent!

    I live in Scotland. On a whim, I purchased an Ooni 3 pellet pizza oven second hand to see what the fuss was about. I was blown away by how good it was, but realised I now wanted to recreate the same awesome pizzas indoors because the weather here is pretty grim. The Ooni Volt 12 is perfect. Initially I did struggle a bit with smoke. However, using rice flour instead of semolina on a perforated peel sorted that. I don't have an extractor fan, and don't even need to open any windows. Love this pizza oven and we now have pizza night once a week without fail.

    Ooni 12

    Had ooni 12 (first gen) just afer bought this on the discount I learn that new model is smaller and cheaper and had proofing mode compared to tested and valued indoor outdoor volt 12 it left me with mixed feelings. Still. Pizza in ooni 12 is incredible, I did follow Vito Iacopelli videos in the past and now every pizza is a star. I do own spiral mixer so that's helpful too. If I could choose smallee pizza oven which is cheaper I probably would go for it but seeing improvement in the ooni I do believe next step would be rotating internal stone, and that's were I will end up with the upgrade. Incredible value and the unit can be moved compared to eufenno, also power draw is reasonable and that's supporting outdoor. Very grateful for ooni to produce such a sturdy oven. First pizzas was neapolian. Stellar. Better than expected.

    The jury is out

    I’ve used my Ooni electric pizza oven a half dozen times, but with mixed success. At this point I don’t know if it’s my inexperience or limitations of the oven.

    Not happy with the condensation

    Not happy with the condensation appearing in the dials and window pane. Doesn't seem to affect the quality of the pizza. Excellent Oven overall

    Fast, easy, good pizza

    I had a pellet pizza oven before, and switched to the electric one. I really like it, no need to deal with pellets and smoke, no need to turn the pizza, and it comes out equally good!

    Great, but condensation makes dials impossible to read

    Once I got the hang of it, it makes great pizzas. Only trouble is the glass behind the dials seems to get condensation every time I cook. This makes seeing the temperature and timer impossible. Not sure if I should be sending it back or not?

    Amazing Pizza

    I purchased this as a gift for a pizza aficionado. Since then, I have been rewarded with many wonderful pizza, lunches, and pizza dinners. The difference between a pizza made in the Ooni and any other pizza I’ve ever eaten out his undescribable. When I eat a pizza from any place else, my favorite part is the toppings and at best I tolerate the crust. Now with the ooni I love the crust!
