A combination oven and air fryer, this versatile Breville workhorse is a space-saving addition to the kitchen. It's equipped with 13 cooking functions, including toast, proof, slow cook and dehydrate. The multitalented machine also features specialized settings for pizza and cookies as well as reheating and warming. Use
- Ensure oven has at least 4" of space on each side for adequate air circulation.
- Do not use without crumb tray in place.
- Avoid using utensils on nonstick interior.
- Exercise caution when using pans and dishes constructed of materials other than metal. If using ceramic or glass pans or dishes, ensure they are oven safe to prevent cracking.
Care
- Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
- Racks, pizza pan, baking pan, air-fry basket and crumb tray are dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and scouring pads.
- Wipe interior clean with damp cloth. Do not touch or clean heating elements.
- Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
- Clean glass door with glass cleaner and damp cloth. Remove stubborn residue with soft plastic scouring pad.
Cutting Board

Care
- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
- Do not soak or submerge in water.

The Best Appliance I have Ever Purchased

I rarely bake in my kitchen stove anymore. I only use the Breville Smart Oven and have since our first purchase in 2021. I absolutely love the way it evenly cooks our food. The other air fryers and toaster we owned before this were horrible in comparison. I told my husband I could live without a kitchen stove as long as I have this.

Amazing, but toxic nonstick coating?!?!

We have used Breville toasted ovens for the past 10 years and have LOVED them!!! We upgraded to the pro when our other model broke after 5 years and it’s been going strong for the past 5 years! I love the larger size, it’s awesome IF you have the space BUT it is large! I use this toaster oven daily, from everything to toasting, reheating, cooking, air-frying and baking it really does it all! I love that my standard muffin pan fits!!! However, I JUST realized the inside of the oven has a nonstick coating! :-( I’ve always thought it was the healthier option to the microwave, but probably just as or MORE harmful than microwaves! Breville PLEASE come out with a high quality stainless steel interior model!!!

Why Did I Wait So Long?

I am so pleased with my new Breville Air Fryer Pro. I wanted it to replace my toaster and it is toasting beautifully. But it is doing so much more. I use it to cook vegetables, heat leftovers without drying them out, and I made yummy zucchini strips the other night for hors d'oeuvres. And I'm just getting started! I am seriously considering not putting in an oven when I redo my kitchen. There are only 2 of us now and as I can cook a roast chicken in my Breville when we have company, the oven is more and more superfluous. Why did I wait so long???

The Larger Pro is a bit bigger than you expect.

Smaller is better. I exchanged it for the smaller one. Very happy with the size and features. Wish they would also give the extra items that were provided with the large oven, available for the size down. YES, I do recomend this product for those looking for a under counter Toaster/Air Fryer.

Love my Breville Smart Oven

This was a replacement for our Breville Mini Toaster. I needed a larger one that could also serve as a second oven during large dinners such as during the Holidays. Breville makes excellent products that stand the test ot time.

Not great for toasting bread

I knew this would take longer to toast bread but 15 mins for one piece is a little excessive.

NEXT TIME I'LL SHOP ELSEWHERE

I love this oven. It's perfect and that's why I ordered one on July 15 to give as a wedding gift. Williams Sonoma was real happy to take my credit card and put it through my bank, give me a date of July 22 or 23 to be delivered, but when I went to tracking information, I found the order had been backordered and wouldn't be delivered until August 5th or 6th. I need it before then. I then called Williams Sonoma to cancel the order so I could get it from another supplier and was told that it was too late and the order couldn't be canceled. It seems that some of the extra products would be shipped separately and the oven wouldn't be available until after August 1. Just be aware as nowhere in the information for this oven does it say that it is on backorder and would not be available.

My New Kitchen Workhorse

Larger than I realized compared to my former Breville TO but w many more features . It’s on now dehydrating apple slices ! I use more than my oven sometimes . Breville makes quality products & WS always sells quality w good reviews .

Even better than expected!

My new Breville BOV900 has more features than I realized when I ordered it. It has a great deal more versatility and came with the unexpected bonus of Internet backup information, professional culinary instruction and nearly unlimited recipes for every function. WOW! Everything turns out perfect. Everything is a lot simpler to manage than I have been accustomed to with standard ovens and toaster ovens. Even clean up is literally built in to be easy. I bought my new Breville after doing a lot of research, but it is still a bit of a surprise to find that the actual performance exceeds the standards I anticipated. Due to several statements in reviews by other owners, I anticipated that the toaster function would be particularly slow. I suppose, when compared to a pop-up toaster, that may be true, but compared to my last two smaller, simpler toaster ovens (a Black & Decker and an Oster), my new Breville is much faster and has better options. I ordered it with extra accessories (bamboo cutting board to insulate the top and extra air fry/dehydrator baskets), which I am already finding to be a benefit. I am using it at least four times a day and can see that I am very likely to use it even more than that. So far, I am very pleased and enjoying my new kitchen appliance!
