Short shelf life

I purchased on 4/15/23. I barely used it, it was never left plugged when not in use. Today 6/8/25 I plugged and it never turned on. I am so disappointed with this product because I feel that it should last a lot longer than 2 years 2 months. The warranty was for limited 2 years, this company should in all fairness replace the product. The last time that I used the griddle was over 10 months ago. The griddle still looks brand new.

Excellent buy

We are delighted with this griddle/grill. We did a family dinner around the kitchen island with cheese melting over pre boiled potatoes. On top we cooked an array of meats and veggies. The kids loved the slow eating process and so many small bites. We have also used it for Sunday breakfast which for six people can feel overwhelming. My husband was able to fry all the meat and eggs on the griddle while grits cooked on the stove. He loves that the top comes off for cleaning! We are excited to do more meals with this and to try some desserts in the mini pans.

Green pan bistro grill

Bought online to use on Christmas Eve for pancakes and it didn’t even get hot. Doesn’t work. I’m going back to mt cheap griddles that lasted 20 years This grind file is laughable. I will be returning this item immediately.

Multi-purpose appliance

Good idea in theory, but in practice it does not do what it says it is supposed to do. Uneven heating and the temperature on the griddle does not get warm enough to cook food in a timely manner.

Nice concept

We live in a small space and try and find products that will serve dual purposes. Had high hopes for this, but were disappointed with the cooking surface. It only heated up in the middle - anything not directly in the middle was just warmed.

Item was sent used!

I was so excited to get this item but that was until I opened the package and got disgusted at what I seen. STAY AWAY. I tried to reach out to customer service and no one answered. I tried sending emails and no answer.

Died in less than a year

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She loved using it at first as it made breakfast easier and faster. But it clearly isn’t built for continuous use, it died and it hasn’t even been a year yet. Meanwhile the cheap griddle we bought ages ago is still running. Another downside for me is that the temp doesn’t get hot enough to really do anything other than breakfast.

Best Party Grill

I got this Party Grill for my birthday and have been using it for all kind of events. Brunches, dinner, all my guests are loving it. So versatile and fun to use! Above all i love that it's so nonstick, no hard time cleaning up afterwards.
