Fraudulent marketing.

Total scam. What a joke. If you owned an original Instant Pot, do not buy this. The pot labeled 6 quarts comes with a 5 quart pot that you can only pressure cook in up to 4 quarts. That's not enough to make a small batch of chicken stock. The 5 quart pot isn't even as large as my last 5 quart pot much less 6. If you are going to label a pressure cooker 6 quarts, it must be able to pressure cook 6 quarts. The only redeeming thing about this transaction, which was $20 more than on Amazon, is that customer service handled it well. I guess this is why the company went bankrupt. DO NOT BUY.

Good service with decent prices

Nice product and almost impossible to find elsewhere. It was shipped quickly but the shipping transit time was exceedingly long. The pressure cooker arrived in great condition. Overall this was a positive experience with this company and good service, something that seems to be lacking at increasing frequency with another very large online retailer. I'll be looking here more often in the future.

Very happy with Pro 8qt over 6qt

Though I originally thought 6qt would be what I wanted I’m so glad I got the 8qt Pro. Perfect for chuck roasts, chicken, ribs and so much more. 6qt would have been to small for those in my experience.

Eight Quart Instant-Pot Pro

Have used it two (2) times since receiving it. I made the William's Sonoma Orange Chicken and good old navy bean soup without soaking the beens overnight. Both recipes were cooked using the pressure cooking method. The results were fantastic and I am looking forward to many more recipes made using this cooker.

It was not new

I am very frustrated and disappointed about having to request a replacement twice. I had ordered instant pot in November and when I received it, it was dirty, it looked used. When the replacement arrived, it was dented and had human hair on it. How is this possible? This is not acceptable.
