    Care

    • Do not build in or enclose microwave in cabinet or confined space.
    • Outside surfaces should be cleaned with damp cloth.
    • Wipe internal walls with damp cloth. If very dirty, mild detergent can be used. Avoid use of spray and other harsh cleaners.
    • Do not allow control panel to become wet. Clean with soft, damp cloth.
    • Wash glass turntable as needed in warm soapy water, rinse in clean water and dry thoroughly.

    Great all rounder

    The air fryer is works great and not a lot of setup to change modes. The microwave is powerful and still need to use convection oven.

    Very satisfied after 3 years

    We were a bit worried about buying an expensive microwave/convection oven that didn't have great reviews. We were most worried about the appliance malfunctioning in the one or two year time frame. We have now had the appliance for 3.5 years and it still works well with daily use. Knock on wood! I expect appliances of this type to last at least 5 years so hopefully we don't have issues for a while yet.

    Perfect for small spaces and small families.

    Love it! Used it for a couple of months now and love it. Have used air fryer and microwave function the most and loved the results. Even used the oven for fish onced and it came out great. If you are not a great cook and dont have a lot of space definitely get it.

    So far… so good!

    This oven looks lovely, so a great addition to the kitchen. I haven’t used all of the functions yet, but the microwave and the oven separately work really well. It’s an adjustment, I get it - but I’m disappointed that there is no recipe book that accompanies it — so if anyone can point me at one specifically for this oven, I’d be grateful.

    Wonderful Appliance

    I had been thinking about buying this item for many months - as someone who had the Breville Microwave and Toaster Oven and had a typical one bedroom condo kicthen I wanted more counter space and wanted to get rid of my Breville toaster over but for those rare times I toast bread I wasn't sure the Combi 3 in 1 would toast bread. I finally discovered it will by using the 'Grill' function - problem solved. I know have lots more counter space. Granted this product is slightly bigger than the old microwave but not a deal breaker for me. The combo 3 in 1 has only been in my kitchen for about a week but so far no complaints - it is much quieter when running than my old Breville microwave, love the soft door close and really appreciate the inverter function that actually lowers the power level for even heating at lower power - not just alternating full power off and on!!! Have limited experience with the appliance so far but overall happy with purchase and consistent with my other breville items I own.

    Very dissatisfied

    The door broke within the first 18 hours of use. I’m extremely disappointed! It was an expensive microwave and I expected much better quality

    Breville Combi Wave(TM) 3-in-1 Microwave

    Wonderful addition to our kitchen. We've used all of the functions and really like the ability to bake something without using our larger oven. Highly recommend. Microwave works well too!

    Clunky, loud, not worth the $

    There is not much I do like about this machine: - The plug in cord is huge and comes out of the back of the machine so it sticks out an abnormally large way from the wall - Hate the unlock button, this is just another step in my morning to feed my kids their oatmeal - The noise of the machine stays on even after the microwaving is finished - I was hoping I could use this as a toaster in addition to microwave, but cannot figure out how to do this. - Because it has a coil on top, it is very hard to clean - Many attachments and parts that are not compatible with all of the functions. I do not have a place to store the pieces.

    BAD PRODUCT!

    DO NOT PURCHASE! We purchased this Microwave Feb 2, 2021. It completely died today July 13, 2025. It is quite expensive for only a 4 year appliance. The door broke on it about a year again (the soft close function). Bad product.

    Combi Wave 3-in-1 Microwave

    I really wanted an air fryer, but didn’t want another appliance in my kitchen, so this sounded ideal. I have a microwave on a shelf above a counter top. I called Breville customer service and discussed the measurements to be sure it would fit in the space. All sounded good. I received the Combi, put it on the shelf and then started to read the instruction manual. There were lots and lots of warnings saying that there needs to be 8” of space between the Combi on all sides or there is a fire hazard, because the exterior can become very hot. My space did not have the required 8” in the sides or back. I had 8” over the top, but only 2 or 3” on the sides and rear. The cabinetry is made of wood and the instruction manual specifically says not to place the Combi in a cabinet. Mine is an open shelf, so not exactly a cabinet, but all the warnings about a fire hazard were enough to make me return the Combi. So now I just have a regular old microwave, normal ovens and no air fryer. It just wasn’t worth the risk of fire.
