- Always unplug your Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven and let it cool to room temperature before cleaning.
- Never use harsh chemical detergents, scouring pads, or powders on any of the parts or components.
- Cooking tray is dishwasher safe.
- Wipe Air Fry basket and fryer body with a damp cloth and air dry before next use.

Air fryer bit the dust.

The air fryer worked well until after the warranty expired. When one pulls out and pushes in the basket/drawer, there is a plastic ridge that presses a button on the underneath side of the main unit. After a year or so the unit has ceased to work, either the plastic ridge is not making a connection with the button to the turn the unit on and/or there is an electrical issue. Either way it looks as if it will be more cost efficient to buy a new air fryer, so I'm going back to the Phillips brand (makers of the original air fryer). I do wish we had more American and EU made products, maybe then quality and performance would be more satisfactory. Cheers!

I purchased this product as a gift based on the fact I already owned a smaller version of this same brand. Love the brand and how easy all of the functions work as close to perfect as possible.

Amazing Air Fryer

I’ve been using my AirFryrr for about 6 mos maybe more. I use it about 5 times a week. It’s the best investment I’ve made for a kitchen tool. Makes the best salmon I’ve ever eaten

Just okay - Cheaply made but NOT inexpensive

A bit disappointed. Quality is lower than expected. All materials are very thin and including the basket. Also the interior tray edges scrape the sides of the basket on the corners which will eventually scratch up and wear away coating. Tray is not a good fit in basket. When not in use but plugged in it constantly displays "Off" on front screen instead of just being blank. Would not purchase this model again.

Perfect convection oven for a family of two!

This is our first air fryer but goodness, what a revelation! For a family of two, this is the perfect tool to cook anything from pork chops and chicken thighs to just about any protein you'd otherwise put in the oven. Cleaning is so simple and easy. We're very pleased

Strong Chemical Smell

I purchased the Instant Pot 6 qt Airfryer after a recommendation from a friend. I really wanted this purchase to work since it has some nice features. As soon as I opened the unit I could smell a strong chemical smell. After reading a Cuisinart rep response to a customer about this very issue I washed the unit (a few more times), left the basket off to air out the unit, and cooked and reheated a few things. The smell was still strong and I could taste it in the food. Unfortunately the unit is going back…
