My "Tray inserted" interlock broke on this thing. The tray started getting harder and harder to insert, and then suddenly it was easy again, but it wouldn't run. I found a tiny bit of plastic had broken off where the switch registers the tray is inserted. It won't turn on without that. I thought I was spending a bit more so I wouldn't get rubbish, but it is still entry-level nonsense, once again the poor pay twice.

Heating element gave up after sometime

My air fryer just gave up. Only cold air blowing and the heating element is no longer functioning. Everything else works including the display. Anyway to get a replacement?

This air fryer is absolute perfection. My only complaint is that it runs so quietly that I can’t tell if it’s on. I put my hand on it to feel if there is a vibration and even that is hard to detect.

Too big too heavy

I couldn’t use it gave to charity. I couldn’t lift it too heavy and didn’t fit in one cupboard . Used once. Would not recommend.

Brilliant

This is an excellent machine . We used it on christmas day for some of the food and it didn't le us down especially with the roast potatoes. Can highly recommend it. You need to read the cooking instructions and there's a little trial and error but I'm so happy I bought this airfryer

Works perfectly fine. However the black plastic!!!

"The product works perfectly well. However, the shiny black plastic used for the outer casing is definitely a poor design choice. The plastic scratches very easily when inserting and removing the cooking drawer during use, and it scuffs and becomes dull from cleaning. It's a shame that a more robust material, better resistant to everyday wear, wasn't used. I haven't had the air fryer long, and it already looks old and worn!"

Good so far

I love the bigger size and the clean look of this model. Plus it’s much quieter than older one from 7 years ago. Not having the dial button is an inconvenience for me but I’m sure I’ll get used to the updated version. Only used it once so can’t say much other than it seems to work well and much more quietly.

I love this product, the variety of cooking different ingredients at the same time. The health benefits of hardly using oil to cook. This product provides so many possibilities for different ingredients
