Care
- LatteGo: After each use, rinse parts under tap or clean in dishwasher.
- Brew group: Every week, remove brew group from machine and rinse under tap. Let air-dry before replacing in machine. Do not use cloth to dry as it may shed lint.
- Replace AquaClean water filter every 3 months. After 8 filters, machine will prompt you to descale using automatic descaling cycle.

Could be great with some work

Bean hopper needs work. Beans bridge and can’t always make it to grinder. User interface is not well thought out. Control panel is not easy to see except in bright light. Coffee is not strong enough. It’s okay, not robust.

Good machine

I like all the options but the only thing I don’t like is that the sticker on the lid where the beans go didn’t come off without leaving a residue and I used something that scratched it up. I would like a replacement lid because the cost of this machine, a sticker like this shouldn’t be placed on this machine. The 2 other stickers came off just fine. I almost want to return it because of the lid

It claims to be quiet.. But when starting up and making drinks it is rather noisey

This coffee machine is finicky! We hav to keep reading up on the instructions from the Manual because if you push one button before another, you do not get coffee…mostly just water!

Bean Hopper Problem

The beans don’t feed into the grinder correctly. I have to lift the lid and push them to the grinder.

Poor - returned

Not very good at all. It was first time purchasing bean to cup coffee machine and I was disappointed. The coffee was watery, the latte function did not produce coffee and wasted allot of product. The instructions are not very clear. I returned it in the end.

The machine overall is great. However the lack of instructions is appalling. I had to go on line to find out how to set up my machine.
