Very convenient

This is very convenient if you drink more than a couple cups of coffee a day or have multiple coffee drinkers in your home.

Very disappointed

Jura coffee makers are fabulous! Therefore, I felt confident in purchasing the add-on milk chiller. Buy the coffee maker; do not buy the milk chiller. My unit only got down to 42 degrees, not the advertised 39 degrees, and it took five or more hours. Then, a not listed on the website fact of "keep the inner milk container in the refrigerator overnight," was in the instructions. That is why I made the purchase... to keep my milk chilled and available on the counter! Obviously, I had to return the poorly designed, quite useless, expensive milk chiller. If the unit worked as advertised, I would have liked it!

Cool little cooler

Stores a reasonable amount of milk to make multiple coffee and milk beverages. One does not have to keep going to the fridge for milk as it is cooled and kept fresh in this cooler. It has a locking lid and you can remove the key if necessary. Nice add on.

Flimsy and used

Cooler was obviously opened and used. Latest version of Jura cooler is far inferior to the previous version. The stainless steel liner is thin. The entire assembly feels cheap and flimsy. Price is $100 more than previous version. These do not last much beyond Jura’s 2 year warranty

Excellent Attachment!

The milk cooler is an excellent addition to our Jura J8 Twin! It was easy to attach and we love the convenience of having milk readily available to make our favorite coffee drinks!

Worth the additional cost to expand your beverages

Much easier to 'operate' than expected. Pretty much self sufficient along with a very simple cleaning process

Didn’t last a year

I enjoyed this milk container until it broke after having it less than 11 months. I heard lots about how Jura products are covered by warranty, but after calling and emailing for three days, I still cannot get in touch with anyone at the company to submit my warranty claim. Am very disappointed in Jura products and customer service.

Almost perfect addition to your Jura

Love love love this machine! Much less mess and fewer spills. The ultimate addition for a super automatic coffee machine. My only caveat: if the power goes out, the cooler doesn’t power back on. Why it’s been engineered this way is beyond me. Otherwise I love it.
