- Rinse filter baskets and portafilter under hot water directly after use to remove all residual coffee oils. If holes in filter baskets become blocked, use steam wand to unblock holes.

Never again!

We purchased this about 1 year ago and it worked well for 1 month. The first thing that went out was the water level indicator. We called and we were told we would have to pay shipping and that it wasn't important. Well my husband put water in it and I was unaware and put additional water. What a mess.For the last six months the indicator light for cleaning has continued to blink after cleaning it 3 times. We have to unplug every time for it to stop. I am so done with this machine. It is expensive for us and was never good. We just purchased a a different machine. The single cup worked once.

Terrible Quality

We received this coffee/espresso maker as a wedding gift, which was purchased months before our actual wedding day by a family member. A couple weeks after we got married (wedding plus moving) we sat down and opened our gifts, only to find that this came broken (giant crack on the bottom plastic piece and pump didnt work). It was such a hassle dealing with the maker and we still ended up having to paying to pay for shipping after a long battle with them. The unit has continued to break and need parts replaced. Its not even 3 years old and has officially tanked. Waste of money. Do yourself a favor and invest in a Breville. Better customer service and WAY easier to get parts for your to replace yourself OR hire a tech that can come do it. I was told by a tech that its nearly impossible to get parts for units that cost under $500 bc they just aren’t made to last.

Don't waste your money

I bought one for my apartment and it stopped working completely after 8 months of use. I called the customer service number listed and their suggestion/ response was that they could have a tech come out and fix it for $150 or buy a new one because it is "on sale" with no assurance that it won't break again. If you're going to buy a coffee maker for ~$200+ would not recommend this brand.

Poor Performance

I had high expectations for this machine. It takes a very long time to brew a pot of coffee and the temperature is never hot enough.i returned it to the manufacturer (at my expense) and they replaced the heating element and the temp was still not hot. It never makes a full pot of coffee even when filled to the maximum amount. It doesn’t have a clock or way to program it. The espresso side worked fine. I should have done better research. I do not recommend this machine.

Wurst buy ever! When I was cleaning the coffee machine it leaked from bottom and water came out of the expresso side and I had Not put any water in it!!! Espresso side did not work!! And the motor was Loud and sounded like an Old truck motor!!! Immediately returned it!! A Lemon if I ever saw one!!!! Sad Day for me I had such hope for this Machine I was so disappointed that it did not work !!!

Not that great

I think I received a used or refurbished machine. It came missing a part for the espresso machine side of it. Another issue is that after only having it for a month, the coffee side drips slow. This machine also does not have a clock on it, so it can’t be preprogrammed for super early mornings.

Nice concept but doesn't pull it off

I was super excited about this machine. It worked amazing for the first 8-10 pots of coffee and now the regular coffee pot side taking forever to brew a pot. Water doesn't circulate through it well enough. I followed all of the steps at set up and use bottled water to brew, still didn't work it. Espresso side is great though.

Killer machine for a killer price!

This is a machine that in my opinion can do anything. While I like espresso, my husband likes drip coffee. Sometimes while having guests it’s easier to make a pot of coffee rather than making each person an espresso shot. I love the versatility that I honestly couldn’t find in another machine! Love the stainless steel in the white kitchen too. After months of use I would definitely recommend.

Excellent 4 in 1 Product!

This espresso machine is absolutely wonderful. I love that you can do regular coffee, espresso(two or one cup option), cappuccino, and even coffee pods! Very straightforward use. I love that it is stainless steel! I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends.
