Designed to fit on top of the Breville Countertop Convection Oven to save valuable counter space, this bamboo cutting board also doubles as a serving tray thanks to its recessed handles. Used as a tray, it can be taken directly to the table where it can serve as a trivet, protecting the tabletop from heat damage.
- Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and absorbs little moisture, making it more sanitary than some other hardwoods.
- Silicone feet on base make it stable when cutting and protect delicate surfaces.

Use & Care
Use
- Board should be seasoned with food-grade mineral oil before first use.
- To season board properly, warm mineral oil slightly and apply in direction of wood grain using clean, dry cloth. Allow oil to soak in and repeat with another application. Allow board to dry and wipe off any excess oil.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not soak or submerge board in water.
- Occasionally rub with food-safe mineral oil to keep wood from drying out.
- To sanitize, wash board with solution of one part vinegar to five parts water.
- Remove odors by rubbing board with kosher or table salt and half a lemon. Let sit for 2–3 minutes, then wipe clean with damp cloth. Remove excess moisture with clean paper towel and stand board on end to air-dry.
- Store in dry area away from extreme temperatures.

Very efficient and effective!

I like this more than I thought I would. What with all the issues with plastics, I’m primarily back to wood cutting boards. Since my Breville smart oven is under the kitchen counter, I really like that this blocks the heat as well as making it so handy as it is always out and readily available. Visually it looks nice. Cleaning has been easy!

Buy It With The Oven

When I purchased my Breville oven I ignored the suggestion to also order the cutting board. The first time I used the oven I wished I’d bought it too. I’ve cutting boards out the wazoo, but none are as convenient and handy as this board. That it’s design allows for oven top storage, it’s convenient and compliments the design aesthetic of the oven.

Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Cutting Board

Purchased board from WS via email because it fit my new Breville Oven, and it provides "air space" over the hot top surface of the oven. There are two board sizes and this is the smaller size; it fits perfectly! I have several cutting boards, but none were correctly sized for this use.
