Use
- Do not heat empty or allow pot to boil dry.
Care
- Wipe exterior clean with a damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers, steel wool or steel scouring pads.
- Descale kettle as often as needed using a store-bought descaling solution or a solution of 1 part vinegar to 2 parts water. Boil and allow to stand overnight. Discard solution and refill with water. Boil and discard. Repeat.
- To clean scale deposits from filter, remove filter and wash under hot running water. Rub with a clean cloth or brush.

Reliable Performance

Have been enjoying my kettle daily since December 2023. Love the design, capacity, speed, and temperature control presets for black/herbal and green teas. Also easy to clean and no issues thus far. Only wish the warming feature would last for an hour (rather than just 20 mins). Rate it 4.5

Save your money

Super disappointed in this overpriced kettle. Purchased earlier this year & a few weeks ago it started to turn on and off by itself. All random buttons and “keep warm” function kept coming on and off. This thing has a mind of its own. Contacted Williams Sonoma customer service and they were no help since this was purchased over 30 days ago. I bought this to heat water for my kid’s lunch thermoses and since school has started this thing won’t turn on when I need it to. Save your money.

A $200+ piece of garbage!

Just 13 months after purchase, this kettle can turn on by itself at any time, and the on/off button doesn’t always work. It might switch on in the middle of the night, but when I actually need hot water for a single cup of tea once a week, it refuses to work. Disappointed for the price

Very pretty kettle but for the price point, I expected more. It doesn’t let you know when the kettle has reached the desired temperature. Doesn’t work any faster than my old kettle which was only $60.

Steam gets on hand when pouring

When I pour the water out of this kettle seam leaks out from the lid and gets on my hand. I find it extremely irritating. This may just be mine, but the seal is off and doesn't hold the seam in. I have other Breville products that I love, but this one isn't working for me. Things I do like are the design and temperature settings.

Love this kettle!

I'm extremely happy with this electric kettle! I appreciate the large volume as I can fill it up in the morning and generally have enough water for coffee, tea, and whatever else is needed over the course of the day and night. The temperature options work well as does the warming feature, and it heats up reasonably quickly. I had been considering getting a pour-over kettle with a narrow spout but this kettle pours beautifully, and you can get a tiny directed pour right where you want it. And, finally, it looks very nice on the counter.
