Beware plastic part being shredded into juice

My juicer lately has been making this noise during juicing. I did not realize that the noise was the plastic part that goes on top of the blade being shredded along with the veggies I am juicing. I am sick to think that I have been giving my kids the plastic pieces that the blade is taking from the plastic!!!!!!!!! You need to design better pieces for your juicers

Don’t get it

This product needs to be redesigned. First, wastes a lot of the fruits & veggies, which means less juice is produced. Also, while juicing it doesn’t seal well a lot of the juice splashes from the sides. Have had it for less than a year.

THE BEST!

I can’t praise it enough. I’ve used this juicer daily since getting it. It’s high quality, and very powerful. There is no juice left in the pulp. There are several pieces to clean afterwards but everything easily washes out with soapy water and the included brush.

Leak

Leaks under the blade and all over the counter. Wouldn't want to get again, not sure if this is just a faulty one. Trying to get a replacement to see if it is just this one.

Efficient clean

Excellent clean fresh juice, easy to clean. Spout I. The jug can sometimes be difficult to connect but overall great speed and centrifugal force makes for easy juicing of carrots, pineapple.

Replaced our outdated juicer with this cold press juicer, easy to clean and maintain. The output of juice is great and the jug that’s included is a great size.

Makes Juicing Fun!

I love this juicer! I am so happy with this purchase. I was reading the reviews and was on the fence in getting it. The big pitcher is so nice to do a big batch, and the trash can only needs to be empty once.
