    Care

    • Do not build in or enclose microwave in cabinet or confined space.
    • Outside surfaces should be cleaned with damp cloth.
    • Wipe internal walls with damp cloth. If very dirty, mild detergent can be used. Avoid use of spray and other harsh cleaners.
    • Do not allow control panel to become wet. Clean with soft, damp cloth.
    • Wash glass turntable as needed in warm soapy water, rinse in clean water and dry thoroughly.

    Out with the OLD and in with the NEW!!!

    LOVE this microwave!!! It is the best microwave I've ever owned and I prefer the "dial" temperature setting over the older technology style.

    Quiet Easy to Use Microwave

    This microwave is nice and quiet: The soft door closing really works! Plus, you can turn the bell off and the whole process makes much less noise. Good functions and has instant 30 second On button which is very important. Whole family loves this microwave even my most particular husband.

    Don’t buy “soft close” ones

    I love my Breville toaster oven and had thought the microwave was also high quality until the (thin plastic) prong on the door just broke off. The “soft close” had begun to stop working once a day, on its first use. It worked normally throughout the rest of the day until the following morning—after a couple of months of that the prong just snapped off. Microwave now electronic garbage.

    Good Machine

    I purchased it for the quiet. Love the mute button. Love the quiet latch. As for the fan and motor, which is most of the noise source, it does not seem that much quieter than an average microwave. I would like to know what decibel level it runs at compared to other microwaves.

    Child Lock Very annoying

    I bought this to replace a previous model of this microwave. The newer version has a new door unlock “feature” - A tiny button you have to press to open the door after the cook time is over. It’s very annoying to have to press each time. The manual gives instructions for how to disable this feature but the instructions don’t work. I can’t get this to turn off and I’m about ready to return this for something else.

    The perfect downsize

    We are Breville fans. A coffee maker, an espresso maker, a multipurpose oven and now this adorable microwave. Because our Breville toaster oven/ air fryer/dehydrator/everything oven does everything, we decided we didn’t need our big giant microwave and this fits the bill perfectly. It’s compact and still holds a full plate of food. We love the quiet door. Bravo.

    Soft Close

    While the design and look of the microwave was really nice, the 'soft close' felt cheap functionally and didn't close all the way, I still had to push the door closed and there was something uneven about how it soft closed. I ended up returning.

    The turn table gave me problems so after two usages had to send back. Other then deing smaller then i ccould use it worked great.
