Despite first order hiccup, second order perfect!

We already have a 6-cup Bialetti which we adore, and we're excited to put this larger one to use to make even bigger batches! We did have an incredibly strange thing happen with our first order - we opened up the box to ONLY packaging with no coffee maker to be found. I called up Williams Sonoma to explain the situation and they worked through my claim efficiently and got a new one out the door. Luckily this time the package contained the item, and all was well.

Better than a regular coffee press

Love the product I wish it was just a tiny bit bigger than it is since I drink more than one cup! Yes you heard that right.. I know it's expresso but it fits a flat white perfectly and it usually want just a tiny bit more. Other than that works terrific and good value and better than a coffee press

I had one of these years ago, and then my husband and I were recently in Zurich, where our hosts made splendid coffee. These little espresso makers are built like a tank.

Practice and Patience

The Moka takes some practice! I looked up how to use it online- the included instructions aren’t very helpful. This pot isn’t for those who like their coffee ready quickly. Otherwise the rich flavor is the reward.
