Buy something else

Don't buy! Errors out ALL THE TIME and I have emailed Williams Sonoma and All Clad to no avail! Let's be honest, we make waffles MAYBE one weekend a month. I received as a gift so it is especially awkward when my in laws visit. I hate to pay $$ to buy another worthless waffle iron, but howany times can I make an omelet for these people who gave me a waffle iron 😳 All my pots and pans are all clad but I will never risk it on another All Clad appliance. Bthey are not standing by their products

All Clad Waffle Maker is the best I have tried.

Very best non-commercial waffle maker out there. I love mine. I have complete control over how light or dark I want the waffles to be, and they always come out crisp on the outside and cooked but not soggy on the inside. The inside is light and airy. This waffle maker will not disappoint!

Feels like Private Equity Quality/Service

Owned the round All Clad brand waffle iron for 10 yrs. Unfortunately, we took it on vacation and accidentally left it behind. Ordered this new version for replacement of our trusty reliable and well built machine. Upon inspection, the quality has significantly been reduced with this new version. Not to mention it cost double the price. Tried to process a return and Williams Sonoma says not returnable. Must call their customer service which is only open while I’m at work. Just to be clear, the box arrived yesterday. Opened it this morning and decided to return based on inspection. Has never been plugged in. They won’t let me return.

Major Fail!

Based on recent reviews, All Clad has failed miserably to fix the ongoing issues. I use other AllClad products but not this one.

Well made heavy duty waffle iron

Well made waffle iron, has multiple cooking settings for levels of darkness and types of batter. Easy to follow instructions and easy clean up. Made great tasting waffles.

Disappointed

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband. I did read that the digital version people had issues with, but hoped this was a fluke. It was not. It would not work, it just errored every time we tried to use it. So disappointed as my husband was so excited about this.
