    • Unplug appliance and allow to cool before cleaning.
    • Do not immerse in water.
    • Use soft, damp cloth to clean exterior. Do not use harsh cleaning products, steel wool pads or other abrasive materials.
    • Wash glass carafe and filter basket using mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
    • Glass carafe, carafe lid and filter basket are dishwasher safe.
    • Do not leave water in tank for long periods.
    • Descaling once every 2 months is recommended.

    beautiful and delicious

    This has been my favorite coffee machine to date. Pros: Brews hot. Coffee tastes amazing...love the bloom brew function. And, it looks fabulous on the counter. Cons: The handle on the brew (filter) basket broke off after 6 months. It's a design flaw I could see coming almost immediately. It was just a matter of time. The good news is it stlll works fine, and still looks good. But, that needs to be addressed in the 2.o version.

    Great customer service

    We purchased this machine in February. It quit working in June. The customer service at Aarke was exceptional they replaced our machine within 2 days. Coffee is smooth and you don't need your coffee super hot so it doesn't taste burnt ever. I would purchased again and I would recommend this machine.

    Luxurious coffee maker

    Fabulous coffee pot! It is a beautiful luxurious coffee pot that brews a delicious pot of coffee. I initially purchased it because I was looking for a non toxic automatic drip coffee maker. However this is plastic that the hot coffee drains through. But on their website it is BPA free form of plastic. I also loved the additional stainless steel carafe. We use when we have company. We will brew into the stainless steel carafe and place on the table for guests with breakfast!

    This is a wonderful drip coffee maker! Not only is it beautiful, the coffee is smooth & tastes great! I like strong coffee & this machine keeps it savory, not bitter. Also, it makes 6 cups in about 2 minutes!
