Best bread knife I have ever used. Light weight, fits my more petite frame and cuts well.

Wrong knife shipped—twice

Sent me the same wrong knife twice in a row before we gave up. Everyone was super nice, but each return took 20+ minutes on the phone, with no way to set up a return online (“shipped me the wrong item” is not that hard). I can’t rate the knife because W-S never shipped it to me (they were also out of it in store — as well as the alternative we wanted). We’ve actually had this happen before with W-S online orders (le Creuset), so I… have some concerns.
