Use & Care
Use
- Before first use and after more than 3 days of inactivity, run water, steam, coffee and (if applicable) milk and cold brew cycles, then discard liquids.
- Place machine in well-ventilated area with at least 1" space on sides and 6" above.
- Do not use machine if glass surface is cracked.
- Do not fill tank with distilled water or sparkling water.
- Use with pasteurized or UHT milk (or plant-based alternatives). Do not use with raw milk.
- Always unplug machine before assembling or disassembling.
- Do not touch with wet hands.
- Avoid contact with hot surfaces and steam during operation.
Care
- Unplug machine and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Hand-wash removable components with soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive, alkaline and alcohol-based cleaners.
- Disassemble and clean milk carafe after each use.
- Wipe exterior clean with soft cloth.
- Clean water tank every 30 days.
- Change water at least every 3 days.
- Do not immerse machine in water or other liquid.
- Perform descaling regularly when prompted. Failure to do so may void warranty.

Good espresso maker, but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this espresso maker in exchange for my honest review. I’ve used it about a month now. Easy to set up and figure out the controls. My espresso comes out great! Love that there is an option for one or two shots. However, it malfunctions and won’t let me click buttons from time to time resulting in me not being able to have coffee which is annoying. Also, the milk frother does not work. But I enjoy the espresso side. Haven’t tried cold brew option yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GREAT machine! I loved it It’s compact, don’t take much space, makes double espresso, works very well. Cleaning process is not 100% nice but none coffee makers like that would do. You gotta take the coffee out and wash it all out - no detergent.

Taste so so so good and so easy

Must-Have Machine for Upgrading My Coffee Routine

I really like the options for double espresso and cold brew, and the built-in steamer that produces very frothy milk (even when used with plant-based options like oat milk)! This machine is definitely worth the purchase to upgrade your morning coffee game - it’s so much tastier and stronger than other pod or coffee pot options, but still brews so fast.

There’s so many different settings and ways to customize your drink, especially love that it does both espresso and cold brew options. The touch interface was a neat feature, easy to navigate through. The steam wand was probably my favorite part, it’s easy to use and I am excited to play around with it. The wand and the whole machine are super easy to clean. Obsessed with how compact it is, I hate bulky things taking up space but this literally can fit in the smallest nook and it looks so good! I actually didn’t even realize at first that it was made of so much plastic. Overall so impressed, a great first espresso machine

I was happy with brewing gave a bold and right temperature. The only faults the instructions were hard to follow and parts were missing (steam pitcher and water testing strip.
