    • For use with #4 paper filters.

    Care

    • After each use, hand-wash brew basket and carafe with mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly. Carafe is not dishwasher safe.
    • Clean exterior regularly with damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
    • Thermal carafe coffee oil stains may be removed by placing small amount of dishwasher detergent and water in carafe and allowing to soak overnight – or we recommend using Cleancaf® by Urnex®.
    • Do not submerge coffee maker in water.

    Keeps on brewing just like it did on day one!

    I have owned this Moccasin Master coffee maker. It makes the best coffee ever. It still works like it did in day one. I have hard water and I do clean it monthly with an authorized cleaner. If you love perfectly brewed coffee this is the coffeemaker for you.

    Fresh for hours

    Poor parts

    is my 3rd coffee pot from them. the last one the lid to keep coffee warm keep twisted the rubber and dificult. they told me i have to buy it. the lid very expensive. the coffee is 399.00 no cover lid.

    Carafe is different than pictured

    This is my second KGBT coffee maker. It makes great coffee if you follow the directions for the type of water and coffee filters needed. The picture on the Williams Sonoma website shows the old carafe. The new carafe is now a glass insulated thermal carafe. I wrote to Technivorm and they said all the carafes are now glass. Please note the instructions say to take extra care and when washing the carafe NOT to use a bottle brush to clean it. If the glass breaks you will have to buy a new carafe. For those reasons I am using the old thermal carafe which luckily still fits the updated version.

    WS can't get their act together!

    I've had 4 coffee pots sent since I ordered it during the Black Friday sale in November and every time they send the wrong model. I'm done ordering anything from Williams Sonoma online. They have serious issues and after almost two months they still haven't straightened out their issues with the website and their warehouse skus. I still haven't received the correct model. Absolutely ridiculous!

    Bad customer service

    This was a Christmas present. Unfortunately, box was previously opened and resealed. Item looked like it was used and then repackaged. I paid top $ to WS trusting them to deliver clean new product but that was not the case. Upon calling the company I was told to contact and “talk” to Technivorm company. I was also told they will not accept return in store or online. The only way to exchange is to go to Technivorm. I don’t understand why I am paying to WS if I have to go to a different party for Exchange? They lost me as their customer.

    Best coffee maker on the market

    Bought this for my daughter. We have had our Mochmaster for over 10 years and it still make the best cup of coffee. I’ve never seen one on sale so jumped at the opportunity to get one as a gift.
