- Turn off and unplug machine before cleaning.
- Wipe steam wand clean with damp cloth after each use.
- Hand-wash milk frothing jug after each use.
- Remove, empty and rinse drip tray, cup support, capsule container and water tank.
- Dry all parts with clean cloth, then replace in machine.

Expresso Machine

We love our coffee machine. Consistent pressure and temperature nice and hot , very rich coffee . The frother works amazing. Love the verity of coffee we can choose. Glad we bought it for ourselves for Christmas. Overall great machine and reasonable price.

Leaks water all the time

After 2 months of use the machine started leaking significantly. Covered our coffee stand in water ruining the finish on the wood.

Better than coffee shop coffee

I bought my creatista around Christmas time and I love it so so much. U can control the temperature of your coffee and lattes tastes so delicious. It is a bit of work to clean up after use but totally worth it.

This keeps me out of Starbucks

I got this to quit going to the coffee shop as often and it has done that. It is easy to use and keep clean, only issue is sometimes there is water around the base but otherwise no issues.

Love this machine

Pretty and easy morning ritual

This machine is a great addition to my morning routine. It is pretty and easy to use. I enjoy not having to clean up grinds and also not having to use any plastic pods. The coffee comes out creamy and the milk frother works well to heat milk up. I wish it made it a little more frothy but I use my hand frother to whip it up further. It’s also quiet enough to use while every one is asleep still.

Beautiful with versatility

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago when I moved into my new house, I absolutely LOVE the stainless steel. The coffee machine is very easy to operate, never glitches on me like old machines and allows me to be creative with the side steamer if I want to mix up my coffee types from espresso, full cup or steamed latte!

Terrible machine

Recently bought this machine. When I brew coffee you get 1-2 oz from a 7 oz pod. Tried to get support but they couldn't help. Taking the machine.
