Use & Care
Care
- Empty drip tray and capsule container every day. Remove cup support by first removing capsule bucket, then unlocking cup support, pulling cup support forward and lifting it upwards to disengage from machine. Clean cup support and wipe inside machine, reassemble with clean damp cloth. Remove water tank and lid, clean both with odorless detergent and rinse with warm water. Refill water tank with fresh potable water.
- Rinse milk jug and dry after each use.
- If required, wash jug with mild detergent.
- Fill milk jug with potable water between min and max marks. Select MILK function and press START. When complete discard hot water, then wipe steam wand with clean damp cloth.
- Do not use any strong or abrasive solvent, sponge or cream cleaner. Do not put in the dishwasher. Never immerse the appliance or part of it in water or any other liquid.
- Dry all the parts with a repetitive soft clean cloth and reassemble all parts. Clean the coffee outlet and inside the machine regularly with a clean damp cloth.

Level-up My Morning Coffee

What's better than a cup of fragrant coffee in the morning made by yourself? With Nespresso, you can have a cup of fragrant latte like in a shop in just a few minutes. The machine heats up very quickly, creates smooth milk foam and I can easily adjust the thickness to my liking. The design is very aesthetic in a minimalist style with luxurious stainless steel material, neatly on the kitchen counter. Extremely easy to clean with simple operations, I think it's worth every penny for anyone who loves barista-quality coffee right at home.

Poor design

Poor design for cleaning. Handle on the tank makes it prone to tipping and falling over if you wash it and set it upside down to dry.

Love this machine! It heats up super fast, makes smooth espresso, and the milk froth is perfect for lattes and cappuccinos. The screen is super easy to use, and cleaning is quick since it does most of it by itself. It’s a bit pricey and only works with Nespresso Original pods, but totally worth it for café-style coffee at home.

Nice, but doesn’t make strong espresso

This machine is silver. It looks nice on my coffee bar. It is light weight and easy to move around. The machine is nice, but the espresso tastes watery. The steam wand works really well. We bought empty pods to fill with our freshly ground beans.

Great Machine

We purchased this machine nearly five years ago, on sale during the lockdowns. It's worked flawlessly the whole time. We have taken good care with it - cleaning, descaling etc. on schedule. The machine has many adjustment options. After some practice with coffee and milk frothing, we've been happy with all the coffee drinks we've made including the option for proper milk steaming. Care and cleaning are easy.
