It Took 6 Months to Receive this Item

It took over 6 months to get this item. I bought this in December of 2024 as a Christmas present for my wife. I received it just a few weeks ago 6/10/25 (more or less). You should not be selling products you cannot get to your customers in a timely manor. I will never purchase anything from you again.

Unfortunately, never received

I wish I could have seen the product to leave an accurate review, but unfortunately I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it kept getting delayed all the way until mid March by which point I decided to cancel the order. It would’ve been nice to have a little bit more communication or apology from Williams-Sonoma, but I kept receiving the same message that the product’s shipping would be delayed. Very disappointing, considering my husband is difficult to shop for and he was actually extremely excited about this gift. However, I will say that most of the communication that I had with the staff at Williams Sonoma regarding this issue was very pleasant and helpful.

Didn't meet my expectations.

Quality is not quite what I'd expect from Dolce and Gabbana. The graphics on the coffee maker looks cheap - the images are slightly grainy and some parts look "stretched" out to fit the contours of the coffee maker. Also, there are some additives in the coffee that I've never seen before in other coffees I've bought.

Beautiful gift for the coffee lover. Because of the packaging, it presents well as a gift. The coffee is a hazel nut flavored coffee and absolutely delicious.
