Long wait.

I waited 3 months to have my package and pot come scratched. I didn’t want to go through the effort of returning it because I did want this pot and wasn’t willing to wait longer so I kept it. Save yourself the money.

Those complaining about shipping are NOT reviewing the product. Drip espresso is so much better than machine. It’s perfect. Maybe those that received damaged box should have brought it in the store instead

BEWARE: Unacceptable quality of packaging

Tin box is tightly stuffed into carton box without any protection whatsoever. Any damage to carton box will damage tin box. Something happened to carton box with my purchase: it seems that it was dropped on one of the corners. In turn, tin box was dented. It was supposed to be a gift and nobody wants to receive damaged gift. I have returned this and I am not sure if I will ever buy anything from Williams Sonoma online again.
