Use & Care
Use
- To enable/disable sound notification, hold down button for 8 seconds.
- To stop heating process, press power button or lift appliance off base.
Care
- Clean kettle by filling with fresh, filtered, cold water to MAX line. Boil water, then discard.
- Wipe exterior clean after each use with included cleaning cloth.
- Descaling filter is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, hand-wash with mild dish soap.
- Descale appliance once every 2 months.
- Prepare descaling solution to manufacturer's specifications; see user manual for details.

This is the best kettle ever. Love that it give you the choice for a number of heat settings. Don’t burn hand if touch the outside. Water stays hot a long time and it tracks the temp.

Superb piece of Equipment

What a wonderful piece of equipment! The electric kettle is the most used appliance in my home. The Aarke kettle is functionally superb and designed beautifully. It looks beautiful on the counter, it is compact in size so doesn't dominate. The all metal construction feels sturdy in my hand and the double wall keeps water hot for quite a while. I can't say enough about it.

Great kettle

It is a great kettle and it heats to specific temperatures fairly closely. It is not exact, but heats up very quickly. It does indicate the approximate current temperature by lighting up the closest temperature indicator. It is quite sturdy and therefore a bit heavy, but not excessively so. It is nice that no plastic contacts the water whatsoever.

Disappointment is not a strong enough word ...

The kettle heated water exactly once and then quit working. I realize this is not the fault of Williams Sonoma. For $250 these kettles should be tested at the factory, before they are sold. I do not intend to buy anything else made by Aarke, because the warranty process has shown me that Aarke is more interested in taking my money than they are in providing me with a satisfactory experience.

Hard to find all stainless kettle.

Great all stainless kettle. I just wish the water capacity was larger. You can’t fill it up very high or water boilers over .

Worth the money

Absolutely worth the money, a cheaper kettle is much lower quality. I really enjoy it as this is something I use everyday to make tea or hot drinks!

Stopped working after a couple uses

Heating element stopped working after a couple of uses. Need to return and replace. Hopefully not an indication of overall quality, this was my first time purchasing this brand, but a one off.

Efficient and beautiful

This is a beautiful countertop appliance that heats water extremely quickly. The only noise it makes is when the water is heated to boiling. It’s a pricey kettle (I purchased when W-S had it on sale) but the efficiency and aesthetics are very satisfying. I also have the Aarke water filter pitcher which is very high quality, another reason I was persuaded to purchase this brand.

Quick and classy

Boils water in around a minute. So convenient. It took ages to get but it was well worth the wait.
