I bought this a month ago and it is fantastic--gorgeous design, very efficient and easy to use, and many features I have yet to try.

Needs Instructions

Very cute kettle. I had the stovetop version and decided to switch to electric. Heats up fine, but it's hard to understand how to access the additional features because their are no instructions in the booklet. They provide a QR code you can use to access the directions but it directs you to the homepage. I haven't searched through the site yet to find the instructions and I'm a bit annoyed that I have to

Love all the features and the heating speed

I love this kettle! I bought this about a month ago and recently opened it. I have put it to good use already. I wasn't aware of all the features, but setting to my altitude was a cool surprise. I used the select temperature settings with the hold feature often, especially since I usually want two cups of tea. It is as functional as it is gorgeous. I was worried about the size, but it heats so fast it's a mute point.

Great except one major flaw

This kettle is feature-rich and has a lot of really neat capabilities. There's one issue that I can't seem to understand and it's three re-heating that happens after removing and replacing the kettle on the stand. If you heat the water in your kettle to desired temp, you must manually shut the kettle off before putting the kettle back on. Otherwise it will attempt to reheat - even if the kettle is empty remove. I'm really concerned about forgetting to turn this off and the kettle burning up if it's empty.

Quick and quiet boiling of water but instructions not detailed enough for more advanced features

I was impressed how fast and quietly the water boils. I like the "petite" size given we are only a 2 person household and there is also minimal space on our kitchen counter. I'd give it a 5-star if the instructions were more clear and detailed about how to "hold" the water at a certain temperature. I have 3 educational degrees but I still couldn't figure it out after reading the instructional pamphlet lol

Happy with my purchase!

I bought this for daily use at my office. It's great! I feel like I got my money's worth. I often brew different varieties of tea, so I love the precise temperature control. It quietly and quickly brings water to temperature, and the user interface is pleasantly simple. I opted for the Pro Studio edition because it looks so nice, and I'm quite happy with this choice.

Great Kettle and company

We love this kettle. The settings for different brews is great and the auto hold. We have had a couple of situations it stopped working but the SERVICE is amazing!. Both times a new kettle & base were shipped out within a week to replace the old one.. Which is always great to know if you have a problem.

Product must have skipped some quality checks. It’s incredibly wobbly on the stand.

Fast and easy to use. I have a zojirushi water kettle that was leaking plastic/rubber into the water, so got the fellow corvo to get a fast boil for my tea. Like zojirushi, this also has rubber on the lid, but its around the outside of the lid, so i am hoping i wont get the material melting in the water. Also since its not on hot all the time, i think this is less likely to happen.
