Does what it needs to do, expensively

Expensive - get same or similar on Amazon for much less

High quality, looks good, ideal size. Milk tube attaches easily, no leakage. Very satisfied.

Glass too thin. Not on brand!!

This product is made out of a very slim glass wall, making for a very dainty container. I am not clumsy or break things easily and while I loved the idea of this container, it only lasted two months. Was left with other dishes in the sink and hit something and broke. Not sure why the decision to create an everyday utilitarian piece out such a delicate glass. A thicker ‘mason jar like’ glass would pair better with the hearty Jura coffee makers. Very disappointed by the material. The concept itself is great, just too delicate.

Love this for making lattes. So easy to attach and keep extra milk in our refrigerator.

Great add-on if you like milk drinks!

Clean and keeps milk cold! Easy to use. You can stick the milk pipe directly into any container, but I recommend the glass container as it keeps milk fresh in the refrigerator.

Jura ...our new friend

To be honest the users manual isn't the best but the couple of online videos were very helpful in setup and operation. The only short cummins we've found its the limitation on coffee brewing which stops at 8oz. So, it forces you to brew twice for a to-go cup. Otherwise, this is the easiest device to use daily, it tells when it needs to be cleansed, water filled or beans added. The ability to also use ground coffee is another really nice feature. Once you own one there is no going back.

Glass milk frother

Great product. Easy to clean, store and always have fresh milk.

Nice unit but not for several days of storage

Good but milk can go sour quickly. As the tube connection is open to the air, milk tends to got sour more quickly than when in a carton, so it is best to clean this out at the end of no more that two days. With the lid on, it is hard to see that the milk has gone "off" until one tastes the coffee.
