I’m enjoying the Philips baristina, I only wish that the water container was easier to get to.

Bad Product, Bad Support

It broke after 3 months. I called phillips customer support and sent them a video of the machine malfunctioning. They confirmed that it was an internal problem with the coffee machine, said they would follow up with a fix but then ghosted me. I have no recourse through williams sonoma, so I don't recommend purchasing here.

The best!

I have tried multiple espresso machines, from inexpensive to high end. Never been particularly impressed with any until now! The flavor forward from the fresh beans (of course picking quality beans a MUST!) and the foaminess from the unique frother is impressive. Very happy I purchased!
