Finally Took The Plunge!

Love it! Have been looking at Jura for a few years and when the new S8 came out took the plunge and haven't gone to SBucks ONCE since getting it an over a month ago. Makes the most perfect espresso and flat whites we could ask for. The teens in the house love the sweet foam option. We ended up also getting the glass carafe to make milk drinks easier and really love the ease of use this machine offers us! I feel like we haven't had real coffee / espressos until NOW!!

Jura S8 been a great product choice.

I’ve had the Jura S8 for over a year now. Makes great espresso and quality cappuccino, and lattes. No issues with the product. I had a Jura Z series for 17 years, and went to the S8 this time. The bean hopper and water tank are a bit smaller, but that’s not an issue for me. It was a good move. I’ve bought both at WS and had great luck there.

Awesome brew no matter your selection.

Love this espresso maker. Although rather expensive, I especially love the fact it makes your brew exactly the same every time once you select your preferred settings. Very unique machine. Cleansing of the coffee and milk system is done by the machine which insures your next brew is always fresh and top quality.

Awful Williams-Sonoma customer service

Jura coffee makers are great. Williams Sonoma is not. After one use of this expensive machine, it stopped working. However, Williams Sonoma would not exchange it because more than 30 days had passed since the purchase. I bought it 40 days before my wife’s birthday so they would not exchange it even though it was only used once. Very poor treatment of a lifelong customer they have been lost.

Jura espresso machine

Quiet, good looking machine, very good coffee drinks. Purchased January 2025 - we've had it 1 month, We make several Latte drinks every day. Owner has to do a fair amount of research and problem solving to figure out how to clean machine if you haven't had a Jura before. Some of the functions are efficient - others not so much. Owner must set coffee strength and amount of milk for each individual drink, rather than once in the Program setting. It only heats drink to a certain temperature - we would prefer to be able to set that temperature higher, which it doesn't allow. I would recommend the Jura, but it could have been explained more clearly for initial use, and designed better for every day drinks. Purchased William Sonoma.
