Use & Care
Care
- Clean appliance after each use.
- Wash removable water tank with warm, soapy water.
- Clean drip tray with soft cloth.
- Rinse coffee filters regularly under running water.
- After every 200 coffees, rinse boiler outlet by running approx. 17 oz. of water through machine without ground coffee of pods.
- Descaling: We recommend descaling coffee maker approx. every 200 coffees using De'Longhi descaling solution (sold separately).

New morning indulgence

My DeLonghi espresso machine does a great job of making mornings special. It’s quick, easy and makes great coffee using recyclable pods. Easy to get perfect coffee and good variety! .

We bought it because we did not think it contained plastic, but sadly it does. We need to start producing products in the US without harmful ingredients.

Not up to par

I only had this machine about a month and a half and it has had different issue after issue. First it would not brew Preso grind because it was too fine for the machine to be able to pump through it. Then we ground the coffee beans, fine, and it then stuck to the top of the machine and came out the seal. This particular machine either has issues or this model as a whole is just not adequate.

I love this espresso machine. It was super easy to set up with the manual and I’ve been using it daily since I got it a month or two ago!

just avoid! if your coffee machine does not work you have to spend time and your money to return the item

a basic design that does the job!

We bought this machine to take along on vacations. It’s a great little machine if you know what you’re doing with espresso machines. It makes a great shot and does a decent job steaming the milk. As with any espresso the outcome is largely dependent on the grinder…we have a small conical burr grinder we take with us to accompany the setup. This is at a great price point compared with other high quality machines. Please don’t expect anything fancy here…it’s just a basic design that and takes up a small amount of space on the counter…does the job if you know what you’re doing!

W-S no longer what it once was

The machine was defective. What a disappointing Christmas morning, as it was a much anticipated gift. What happened to you, Williams-Sonoma? You used to sell quality merchandise, stand by your products, and offer the best customer service.

Not happy with product

This machine, brand new, has been challenging. Too many issues.

Not worth the money ):

This product was very disappointing. I got it for Christmas and was so excited to try it. I went through 6 espressos trying to get a good result and each time it took forever to drip a drop of coffee. I don’t know if this has something to do with the fact that the handle does even snap into place correctly but I was very upset about this. Also side note about the handle: every picture and diagram on the instruction manual and set up pages show the handle being perfectly straight out. Mine couldn’t turn straight AT ALL. Not sure if this is a deformity in the machine but it certainly is frustrating. I personally wish I didn’t get this one ):
