Care
- Rinse filter baskets and portafilter under hot water after each use to remove residual coffee oil.
- Perform clear water backflush after each use. Empty drip tray. Insert cleaning disc in filter basket, then insert portafilter into group head. Press BREW button and allow pressure to build for 20 seconds, then press button again to stop and release pressure. Repeat this 5 times to purge fine coffee grounds and residual coffee oil from brew water paths.
- Steam wand will auto purge after steaming. Promptly wipe steam wand and tip clean with damp cloth. Failure to clean steam wand may affect milk-texturing performance.
- Wipe exterior housing and cup warming tray clean with soft, damp cloth. Polish with soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleansers, pads and cloths, which can scratch surfaces.
- Use Descale function when prompt appears on-screen.

Breville Oracle Dual Boiler - a worthy luxury

Since 2019, I have owned the Breville Oracle Touch. Recently, I upgraded to the new high-end Breville Oracle Dual Boiler, hoping to see improvements over the previous model—and Breville delivered. The grinder, milk frother, and noise level are all noticeably better based on my own experience. While it is a costly luxury, I recommend it if it's within your budget.

overpriced for what it does

The grinder does not have enough torque for light to medium roast beans. When grinding many times I had to tap the bean hopper as beans were not going into grinder. In manual mode sometimes it would not get up to 9 bars of pressure. It would not fit under our cabinets and I had to remove bean hopper lid to put under cabinet. It is louder than previous oracle machines. For what you get and the comprimises it seems expensive!!!!

Finally Great Coffee at Home!

I'd like to be able to take credit for the amazing coffee I make at home now. It would be amazing to be able to say I make a mean espresso, but the truth is, I don't. I'm awful at it. So back to chain coffee shops I went. No more, because this baby finally allows me to have amazing coffee from the comfort of my own home. Only problem now.... I'm going through my beans at a very rapid pace these days.

Smart Upgrade

I recently upgraded from my old Breville Oracle to the Oracle Dual Boiler after nearly 10 years of service. Honestly, there was nothing wrong with my old machine, but this new one is on another level. It’s noticeably quieter, and the microfoam it produces is absolutely perfect. I also love the design, it’s more compact, with rounded corners that make cleaning so much easier. Visually, it looks fantastic, and the smart, minimal screen is a game-changer. I no longer need to scour YouTube for cleaning instructions; the machine guides me step by step right on the screen. What really impresses me is how it balances automation with manual control. It’s automatic when I want it to be but still allows me to get hands-on when I feel like it. Overall, it’s a sleek, smart, and incredibly efficient upgrade. I couldn’t be happier.

Amazing coffee every time!

The upgraded screen, processor and manual mode, make this an amazing espresso machine. Once the machine dialed in my home roasted beans, I have had consistent great tasting coffee every morning. Love the look and feel, along with a sold build quality. We have many Breville products and have been very happy with the quality, ease of use of them all. We love our Breville kitchen.

Gourmet Cappuccino in a Few Touches!
