Disappointed. My husband bought me one for our wedding anniversary and it arrived chipped. Williams Sonoma makes it impossible to return or exchange. For the price, I would expect an undamaged product.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my son who is notorious for not giving me any ideas for Christmas gifts. I knew my son likes espresso so I went out on a limb. It was a hit! The design and the enameled surface are beautiful. He absolutely loved it!

Damaged during shipping

The coffee maker is excellent as we anticipated but the accompanying decorative tin was dented due to the abysmal packing by the store -- the canister was not wrapped to protect it during shipping and was dented.

Moka pot that is just beautiful.

Love it. Just gorgeous and is so reminiscent of my recent visit to Sicily where I had a tour of one of the artists who does the D and G artwork for their large appliances. Can’t afford and would never pay 50k for a DAndG refrigerator but this piece of art is affordable and I needed a new Moka pot anyway.
